Join us for holiday cooking classes "inside the chef's studio"! Classes are held in the kitchen of the Arizona Biltmore and offer a behind the scenes look at where the chef's create their masterpieces. Increase your culinary know-how and expand your recipe repertoire. Join us for hands-on cooking classes and demonstrations led by the Biltmore’s talented chefs.

December 26th - Monday - 2:30pm to 4:30pm

INSIDE THE CHEF’S STUDIO KID’S STYLE - Ratatouille in the Kitchen. McArthur Kitchen (Hands On) $25 Chef Bryan Young will cook with your kids. As a father of 3, Chef loves to teach the skills of cooking 101 for children. The kids will create their own plates based on the movie Ratatouille including Potato Mice, Ratatouille, and Eiffel Tower Cookies Sundae

December 28th - Wednesday - 2:30pm to 4:30pm

INSIDE THE CHEF’S STUDIO KID’S STYLE - Cupcake Creations for Kids. McArthur Kitchen (Hands On) $25 Chef Shane will teach the kid’s the art of sugar decorating and cupcake baking. Fun with creating and decorating and every child will leave with 6 beautiful cupcake masterpieces.

December 30th - Friday - 2:30pm to 4:30pm

Cheese, Bubbles and Chocolate. (Demonstration) $20 Chef Scott Robuck and Chef D’Ebonyque Golding will present the best things in life. Spectacular hand crafted cheeses with artisan breads, varieties of chocolates, truffles, ganache, trifles and chocolate dipping fruit. Learn the differences between bubbles, prosecco, sparkling wine, and champagne.

Meet at the concierge desk in the lobby 5 minutes before the class start time. A manager will escort you to the class location. Cancellation must be 72 hours in advance for a refund.
