Policies & Fees

General

  • Check-in time: 4 pm
  • Check-out time: 12 pm (noon)

Cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to day of arrival. Late Cancellation or failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in a charge of one night’s room rate and tax. Should you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please call 1-800-950-0086 and please have the confirmation number or credit card number used to reserve the room available. For group reservations, cancellation/no-show policy is specific to the group contract.

Rates

  • 12.27% tax is not included.
  • Resort Charge is $28 per room, per night.
  • All rates are based on single or double occupancy.
  • Add $20.00 for each additional adult.
  • An early departure fee of one nights room and tax will apply for departures before your confirmed departure date.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly resort. Travelers with pets can be accommodated in our cottages which are resort or resort deluxe room categories. There is a $100 deposit added on to your reservation, of which, $50 is non-refundable.

  • Use of our 18 hole putting course
  • Unlimited use of our Spa and Fitness Center
  • WiFi access
  • Daily newspaper

 Taxes

  • Current Sales Tax is 9.3%.
  • Occupancy Tax charged on Room Accommodations is currently 12.27%.

Gratuities

Service Charge on Banquet Services functions is currently 24%. Room Services functions is 20% and is subject to sales tax.

Parking

  • 24-hour valet parking is available at the Resort. Overnight Valet is $28 per night.
  • Overnight self-parking is also available in our parking garage at $12 per night.
