The distinctive influence of Frank Lloyd Wright is evidenced in the interior design of the resort's 738 guest accommodations. Mission-style furnishings and textiles in desert palettes of beige, sand and ivory dress the rooms. 1930s style lamps bring a western flair to the decor while reinforcing the period in which the hotel was built. The spacious rooms feature well-stocked mini-bars, a working desk with two chairs, two telephones equipped with voice-mail and speed dialing; marble baths and double sinks, hairdryers, make-up mirror and scale.

Ocatilla at Arizona Biltmore
To celebrate our 80th anniversary, we’re making history again.
A luxury concierge experience. The next generation of Biltmore service.
Ocatilla was a camp Frank Lloyd Wright established while designing a Biltmore-like hotel. This compound for architects was a secluded, inspirational place, where, as Wright said “So long as we had the luxuries, the necessities could pretty well take care of themselves.” Increased amenities and a commitment to elite service are the luxuries that the Arizona Biltmore’s new concierge experience will deliver. Although the hotel itself was never built, it symbolized “what might have been” in Wright’s mind, and in some respects, this new retreat serves as a tribute to continuing Wright’s vision – in effect, the Biltmore perfected.
Ocatilla at the Arizona Biltmore redefines the luxury hotel experience. This is a retreat and private sanctuary, where a dedicated concierge attends to individual needs in a well-appointed, relaxed lounge environment. It is truly, inspired by design.
