Agencies are not affiliated with the Arizona Biltmore Resort
& Spa and are available on a referral basis only.

Full-service for the traveling executive including word processing
and typing, facsimile, photocopying, computer rental, cellular
phone and digital pager rental. Accessible 24 hours a day.
Car Rental
Beverly Hills Rental Car is located on the main floor next to the
Gold Room across from the concierge. Open daily from 8:00

Concierge
Our concierge offers professional assistance in planning and
arranging leisure activities both on and off the property.
The concierge can assist with air travel arrangements, babysitter
referral, church locations, floral requirements, dining and
entertainment suggestions, limousine service, horseback riding,
shopping and special activities.
Biltmore Destinations
All full-service destination management resources available
to assist in the coordination of off-property activities,
events and transportation. A division of the Conference Service
Department.

Styling salon for men and women. Total service includes styling,
cutting, manicure, pedicure, sculptured nails, make-up and

Refer to instructions in shoe bag in closet or contact housekeeping.
Shuttle
A shuttle runs hourly from the front of the resort to Biltmore
Fashion Park, Monday through Saturday.
