Summer Tea

We are delighted to announce the debut of our Summer Tea service. Tea will be served in the timeless elegance of the Arizona Biltmore lobby where each table will be greeted with an amuse consisting of cold cucumber soup that will cleanse the palate before the journey. Our summer menu consists of 4 sandwiches, 3 desserts, and 2 cakes served exquisitely as one presentation. A mouthwatering selection of 6 iced teas and 6 hot teas will be offered.  The iced teas are Ceylon Gold, White Ginger Pear, Blackberry Pomegranate, Raspberry Nectar, Lavender Citrus, and Green Mango Peach.  The hot teas are Cherry Marzipan, Lemon Sorbetti, African Solstice, Black Currant, Blueberry Merlot and White Ambrosia.  Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Dairy-Free, and Vegan options are available with advance notice. Seating will be available at noon, 1 o’clock, 2 o’clock, and 3 o’clock. The cost is $29 per person for Summer Tea, with the option to upgrade to Royal Tea for an additional $10 (includes Kir Royale or Mimosa).  An 18% gratuity charge will be added to each check.
