Facility
Enjoy the over 22,000 square feet of pure pampering during your visit to the Spa. Relax in the numerous outdoor retreat areas as well as our spa whirlpool. Men's and Women's locker and grooming facilities include dry sauna, wet steam and Jacuzzi whirlpools. Locker, robe, slippers and personal amenities are provided along with complimentary fruits and teas.
The Arizona Biltmore Spa boasts a state-of-the-art fitness center, various exercise classes including yoga, aqua aerobics, step and sculpting classes, hiking, bicycle rentals, tennis and more.

Facility Use
Use of all Spa facilities is included within the incidental services fee for all resort guests.

Age Policy
Guests 17 years or younger may receive salon services, but must be accompanied by an adult. The Spa welcomes guests 18 years and older. The age requirement for usage of the fitness center is 16 or older.

Personal Possessions
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. We ask you to remove all jewelry before any treatments. It would be best to leave your jewelry at home or in the safe provided in your guest room.

Check-In Policy
Please arrive at the Spa a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your first treatment. We recommend a warm shower or a visit to our steam room, sauna or whirlpool before your treatments for added benefit.

Cancellation Policy
We strictly adhere to our Spa /Salon Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel or reschedule your Spa or Salon reservations, please let us know 24 hours ahead of time to avoid being charged for a scheduled treatment. Package cancellation or rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any cancellations or changes made within less than the stated time frame will be charged.
