Frank Lloyd Wright Ballroom
Host lavish celebrations and corporate gatherings in the 24,576 sq. ft. Frank Lloyd Wright Ballroom, one of Arizona’s largest. Named after the famous architect who influenced the resort’s design, the elegant state-of-the-art ballroom underwent a floor-to-ceiling restoration and received the latest technical upgrades. An additional 10,798 sq. ft. of pre-function space is available for champagne receptions to welcome guests in true Waldorf fashion.
Host extraordinary events in the 14,904 sq. ft. McArthur Ballroom. With contemporary elegance and state-of-the-art capabilities, the ballroom can be divided up into smaller venues to suit your individual requirements and features an additional 6,400 sq. ft. of pre-function space. Take the party outdoors with an adjacent patio and lush lawn area, perfect for business lunches and conference coffee breaks.
With over 25,000 sq. ft. of space, the Conference Center features a wide array of elegant function rooms and venues. Hold a dazzling celebration in our 11,000 sq. ft. Arizona Ballroom or host business meetings in a choice of private boardrooms. The conference center features a fully equipped business center and offers easy access to the Frank Lloyd Wright and McArthur ballrooms.
The Grand Ballroom measures more than 7,000 sq. ft. and can accommodate prominent receptions for up to 500 guests. Featuring a unique, circular shape, the ballroom offers beautiful natural daylight from its floor-to-ceiling windows. The timeless elegance of the Grand Ballroom is complemented with a large terrace surrounding the Squaw Peak lawn, which can accommodate up to 1,000 guests.
Aztec Room / Patio
Steeped in history, the Aztec Room is a coveted space for receptions, parties and social functions. Celebrate a special occasion under the venue’s dramatic gold and glass ceiling, or take your group outside onto the Aztec Room’s stunning patio setting, which can accommodate up to 300 guests for a champagne reception, an outdoor banquet or for stunning wedding photographs.
Hold unforgettable events for up to 480 guests in the elegant Gold Room at Arizona Biltmore. With more than 7,000 sq. ft. of classic meeting space, this majestic venue is perfect for a wide variety of events, including parties, wedding receptions, charity events or galas. The Gold Room features an expansive outdoor terrace which can accommodate up to 180 guests.
Host intimate events and receptions for up to 100 guests in the Valley Room at the Arizona Biltmore. The Valley Room is located at the east end of the Valley Wing and comes complete with its own private patio area. Take in breathtaking views of the Phoenix skyline and the mountains from the patio or enjoy a sumptuous dinner with close friends and family.
The Taliesin and Terrace Suites are located in the Terrace Court. Both suites can accommodate intimate receptions for up to 50 guests and feature an attractive patio area where guests can escape to and savor picturesque views of the hotel’s lush lawns, fountains and landscaped gardens.
