This 50-minute class begins with a guided meditation designed to help you slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with intention. Through breathwork and mindful reflection, you will cultivate compassion, clarity, and a deeper sense of presence.

The experience then transitions into a simple, accessible yoga flow that encourages ease, fluid movement, and connection to the body. Each movement is gentle and intentional, supporting openness and awareness without strain or expectation.
