Tierra Luna offers several ways for guests to book spa and fitness experiences. Reservations may be made by visiting our website at www.arizonabiltmore.com/wellness/tierra-luna-spa. Alternatively, you may call our spa reservations line directly at 602-381-7656. Tierra Luna offers an array of individual spa, salon, and wellness services, as well as unique packages and seasonal promotions. Please refer to our Spa Menu of Services for a complete listing. Note: all services and pricing are subject to change without notice. Pricing does not include our automatic 20% service charge, as well as local taxes. Please note, upon booking a spa reservation, you will receive an email confirmation. We request at least 24 hours to change or cancel a spa reservation to avoid being charged for the service(s).
UPON ARRIVAL
Tierra Luna welcomes guests to a serene and Zen-filled experience like no other. The spa features separate men’s and women’s dressing rooms. Unwind in the co-ed relaxation lounge or bask in the tranquil outdoor Sol Garden featuring contrast therapy pools and meditation lawn. Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled services to begin their relaxation journey. We welcome guests from 8:30am-7:00pm, offering full access to all amenities throughout the day. Our Sol Café features light refreshments, salads, and healthy snacks. Libations and non-alcoholic beverages are also available. The spa is located on the east end of the resort facilities. Non‑resort spa guests receive complimentary valet parking during their visit.
DURING YOUR SPA DAY WITH US
Cellular Devices: For privacy reasons, Tierra Luna Spa prohibits any photographing and/or videotaping in the men’s and women’s dressing rooms. We ask that all guests unplug and enjoy the serenity of our spa and keep your phone on silent mode. We kindly ask guests who need to make or receive calls to step outside of the spa and Sol Garden area.
Age Minimums: Tierra Luna Spa welcomes guests 18 years of age or older. Our salon welcomes all ages, though guests 14 and younger require parental supervision.
What to Bring: You will receive a locker with a robe and spa slippers. Since our Sol Garden is co-ed, you will need to bring a bathing suit to enjoy the hot/cold contrast bathing area and our Catalina pool that is located steps away from the Sol Garden and spa lounges. We highly recommend leaving jewelry and other valuables at home or in your hotel safe.
