Rate is valid for single/double occupancy. Rate is exclusive of all taxes, incidental charges, parking fee and gratuities. Blackout dates, early departure fees, and length of stay, deposit and cancellation restrictions may apply. A daily credit of $25 USD will be allotted. Unused credit will be forfeited at the hotel’s local hotel departure time and will not be refunded or rolled forward. Incidental credit will be applied toward eligible hotel charges excluding room rate, corresponding taxes, parking, fees, service charges or resort charges, gratuity and select activities as determined by the property. Incidental credits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, are void after each completed night of the stay and cannot be applied toward future stays. A $45 Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes guest internet access, fitness center access, fitness classes, same-day replay at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club, one-hour bicycle rental, access to The Twist waterslide at Paradise Pool, two bottled waters daily, lawn games and PressReader access.
