Champagne & Caviar

Arizona Biltmore will be hosting a series of Champagne & Caviar events beginning November 22, which will feature delightful pairings of Petrossian Caviar with a different champagne house each week, including Veuve Clicquot, Krug, Laurent Perrirer and Perrier Jouet. A menu of delectable bites will include croque madame, lobster salad and foie gras torchon, along with varieties of sweet truffles and sorbet.
An homage to the resort’s storied past and famous star-studded opening day party in 1929, each Champagne & Caviar event will seamlessly blend the resort’s timeless allure with a French bistro atmosphere to create a private escape with music and elevated service. Hosted in Arizona Biltmore’s Tea Room, the light lunch menu will be available 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and before the space transforms into a lounge from 2 to 11 p.m.
Thanksgiving Brunch in the Gold Room

Spend Thanksgiving in The Gold Room at Arizona Biltmore – the resort’s glamorous original 1929 dining hall – where guests will enjoy a robust buffet menu of classic holiday dishes with a Biltmore twist. Savor elevated favorites such as hand-carved, salt and cider-brined roasted turkey, early harvest butternut squash bisque with toasted marcona almonds and lemon zest créme fraîche, warm field pumpkin ravioli duck confit, and more.
In addition to holiday classics like pumpkin and apple pies, desserts will include inventive treats such as AZB Honey and pomegranate macarons, guava panna cotta with strawberry gelée, and white chocolate cranberry cheesecake. The resort will also be hosting a proper Thanksgiving-day football viewing in the Aztec room, as well as Bulleit Bourbon tasting and lawn games between courses.

Feast this Thanksgiving Day at McArthur’s with a prix-fixe menu. Begin with a delightful roasted squash bisque blended with ginger cream and fresh chives, or an autumn salad featuring romaine, radicchio, dried cranberries, pecan red quinoa, goat cheese, and a cider vinaigrette. The main course offers a choice between garlic and herb roasted turkey or herb crusted 12oz prime rib.
Dessert features an indulgent spiced maple and pumpkin cheesecake prepared with biscoff cookie crust, Tahitian vanilla anglaise, and topped with candied pepitas, or a bourbon and chocolate twist on the traditional pecan pie, featuring Cave Creek Bourbon caramel and a cranberry orange foam. Between bites, guests can toast to the holiday with wines from a selection offering bottles of sparkling, merlot, sauvignon blanc, red blends, and more.

Celebrate Thanksgiving Day at Arizona Biltmore’s modern Latin dining destination, Renata’s Hearth, where guests can savor a delectable array of chef-inspired dishes crafted for the occasion. The special à la carte menu will include pluma al pastor marinated in achiote with guajillo and citrus, seared diver scallops with a rich mole verde and patatas, and smoked turkey, brined in sidral mundet and accompanied by mole negro, with fresh tortillas and a trio of salsas. Enticing small plates will include charred broccolini, pastel de choclo, and the potato pave.

And before you gather at the table, gather at the starting line for the Turkey Trot 4K – a fun and charitable event. It will be an exciting Thanksgiving morning of running and community spirit on a pet-friendly route! Arizona Biltmore will provide water, cold drinks, and hot beverages to keep runners energized and refreshed.
The registration fee is $40 per runner. Each contribution goes towards Gabriel’s Angels, helping children through pet therapy. To maintain a friendly and close-knit atmosphere, we are limiting the event to a maximum of 150 participants. Register early to secure your spot.,
