Gather around the table for a Thanksgiving celebration worthy of an icon. Arizona Biltmore’s annual Thanksgiving Brunch returns to the legendary Gold Room, the resort’s original 1929 dining hall, for an abundant holiday feast shared with family and friends.
The afternoon unfolds with an impressive buffet celebrating the flavors and traditions of the season. At its heart, a Thanksgiving turkey carving station features hand-carved turkey breast accompanied by all the seasonal trimmings, from house-made cranberry sauce and roasted turkey pan gravy to sourdough stuffing, sweet potato casserole and autumn-inspired sides. The feast continues with a slow-cooked prime rib carving station and a spectacular seafood display featuring grilled lobster tails, king crab legs, citrus-poached shrimp and West Coast oysters, followed by an indulgent selection of holiday desserts.
Live music sets a festive tone throughout the celebration, while curated cocktails invite a toast to the season. Guests can also make their way to the adjoining Aztec Room for Thanksgiving Day football, bringing together exceptional dining, cherished traditions and time spent together in unmistakable Biltmore style.
